How the magic works

  1. Write to Santa

    Sit down together and answer Santa’s questions, or write it on your own if you’d like it to be a surprise.

  2. Your letter goes to Lapland

    It lands on Santa’s desk by the fire. You can print a copy to post as well, if you like.

  3. Santa replies

    He reads every word in his cabin and records a video reply, just for your child.

  4. Watch it together

    The elves email you a private link within 24 hours. Press play together and watch their face.
